Description :   Plate with a low pedestal and a pointed rim. Red slip on the front of the piece and a smooth surface on the back. It is decorated with a red and purple serpentiform figure, and black contour lines. On the lip it has alternating red, purple, and white bands emulating the color patterns of the skin of a coral snake.

The lip is decorated with alternating bands of color following the skin pattern of a coral snake. The front of the plate is decorated with a serpentiform design.

The lip is decorated with alternating bands of color following the skin pattern of a coral snake. The decoration on the back is organized into painted panels with “yc” spirals that have claws on the inner ends.

This decoration is in the form of parallel red and purple bands of the same thickness that leave the white color of the slip visible between them.
